A Painting - Roselawn, "Before and After".
As an artist, I am always looking at things differently than most. This photo was taken in Cartersville, Georgia. It was the home of Evangelist Sam Jones. I painted the home for an Art Show that was held on the property in the early 1980s.

I have been asked on occasion, how I was able to create my paintings. In this series, I show one of the photographs I used, of an actual place and the final painting, which shows my transition and interpretation between the two.. Many of my paintings were made from, as many as 12 photographs, taken from different angles, as well as closeup shots. These are the before and after shots.
