Maria Sapio, I have never heard of kettle-cooked Chicken Corn Soup. Your event sounds like a fun time for all! I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, within a few miles of a Belgian community. They celebrated often with their scrumptious Chicken Boothe - kettle soup.
