I agree Noah Seidenberg .  I think my two goldens would be Ok outside for a bit but who knows.  I think the kitty would keep on going rather than deal with two big dogs.  Fingers crossed.

Oh wow, Belinda! Mountain lions are one thing I don't need to worry about here in Charlotte. But coyotes who's been snatching little dogs and cats were an issue for a while.

It is a beautiful creature,  and we have them here also in the higher elevations as well as coyotes, and bob cats.  A

Yikes Belinda - that would mean no solatary walks alone or with your dogs until this guy is captured.  We have a lot of coyotees in our neighborhood (well actually  more so on the mountain) and on occasion they do kill a little kitty or dog that was left outside alone. We are always very careful to not let Barney be outside by himself, especially at dusk and in the evening.

Yikes  that is so scary. And I feel badly for the mountain lion whose habitat is being destroyed

Hi Belinda - good to caution people not to let their pets run or got out of the house with them.  We had a similar problem with coyotes.

Hi Belinda - Those guys are very dangerous to people as well as pets. We see them rarely up here but know they're around. I think I'd stick to putt putt for a while.

He looks nice enough to pet, but I hope that people will not do that and instead call the authorities.

We have them here. Often it is human encroaching into their turf. They were here before us.
