SEVEN homes SOLD in Coles Crossing during the month of September 2016. Prices ranged from $212,000 up to $490,000 and the average number of days on the market prior to receiving an agreed-upon offer was 55 days.
The average price/sq. ft. varied widely amongst these seven homes, because there was quite a variety sold this month. Highest price per sq. foot $141.51 awarded to a one-story home in section 25 with a 29,000+ sq. ft. lot!
There are currently 13 Coles Crossing homes which are "pending" or under contract and set to close soon.
