Pittsburg Home Prices seemed to have leveled off in this past quarter, but I really think they will remain brisk with continued price increases. A couple of indications of this is the the current asking price per SF is less than the sold price per SF for the last quarter; and there is only a month and a half supply of inventory. Anything less than a 4 month supply is considered a Sellers Market; this is a Strong Sellers Market.
Did I mention that Pittsburg CA even has it's own Minor League Baseball Team. The Pittburg Diamonds of the independent Pacific Association.
