Does anyone know the best and easiest way to cancel the Active Rain subscription. I tried calling the phone number posted by another member but when I called the number, the message machine said the mail box was full! Any other suggestions? Is there an email address or some other way? If not, I'll call my credit card company to reverse the charges.
Oh shoot. Sorry its not working out for you. I would send Bob Stewart a contact message via ActiveRain and ask him to change your account from Rainmaker to Members Only.
