Does anyone know the best and easiest way to cancel the Active Rain subscription. I tried calling the phone number posted by another member but when I called the number, the message machine said the mail box was full! Any other suggestions? Is there an email address or some other way? If not, I'll call my credit card company to reverse the charges.
Oh shoot. Sorry its not working out for you. I would send Bob Stewart a contact message via ActiveRain and ask him to change your account from Rainmaker to Members Only.

Same problem!!!! Written several emails. Filing fraud report with my bank!
I've tried several times over the past months to contact someone at ActiveRain to no avail. I'm beginning to think that there isn't a Customer Service department at the company or they're purposefully avoiding requests for cancellation. Can anyone help?

I have also filed a fraud report with my bank. I called after I waschagred in 11/2023, without a response. I was just charged, again for services I do not want or use. I hae requested a refund.
