What are the neighborhoods like?
Each subdivision is referred to by locals as a letter rather than the actual name.
This is simply because the streets in that subdivision begin mainly with that letter
or because it is a nickname of the subdivision based on the location.

The homes you would expect to see in Palm Coast, FL and Flagler Beach generally
sit on 80x125 size lots. As for the style of the homes, differ significantly but the
size of the properties range around 1100 -2500 sq ft and more. Palm Coast was
incorporated as a city in 1999, ITT began development in the 80s. Therefore,
the oldest homes are mostly in the late 70s to 80s. During the economic surge
Palm Coast was the fastest growing city. Today you will find most homes built

Palm Coast Homes on Canal
Palm Harbor subdivision referred by locals as the “F” or “C” sections.
This subdivision was the first in Palm Coast. It is the closest subdivision
to A1A towards the beaches. It offers saltwater canal, Palm Harbor golf course,
Intracoastal, and Gated Communities. Things to do nearby: Holland Park,
Palm Coast Community Center, Fishing, Boating, Biking, Hiking, Waterfront
Park, catch manatee siting at St Joe’s Walkway, European Village.
Flagler School zoned for Old Kings Elementary, Indian Trails Middle
School, Matanzas High School.

Palm Coast Amenities
Flagler County offers various museums, parks and
selfguided walking tours. Flagler Beach Historical Museum offers
guided historic tours. Princess Place Preserve, aquatic adventures in filming
at Marineland Dolphin Adventure, Florida Agricultural Museum tells the
story of Florida’s past and how it pertains to the present (plus offers cool tours for kids).
