With wonderful Grand Mesa views and it's own park, Stone Mountain Village is a popular neighborhood in Delta. This is one of Delta's newer neighborhoods. The neighborhood homes are a mix of three and four bedroom floor plans with one and two story designs.
Real estate sales have been good so far this year, although not much has changed since last month's real estate market report.
There are two active listings and two that are pending a sale. No new listings have come on the market in the last month. - The active listings are priced at $219,000 and $219,900.
- Ten homes have sold in this neighborhood so far this year. The average selling price is $191,540 and the median selling price is $192,450.

Delta and the surrounding area typically experience a strong fall market. This year is no different. Sales activity is high, and properties are selling in all price categories.
