Roseville is a city located in Placer County, which is nearby Sacramento County and the city of Sacramento. The population is 124,519 and is an urban large city, the largest in the Placer county area. When the residents get tired of the urban city everyday, they can go out to eh Sierra Foothills for the hiking trails and various water recreational activities. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, the winters are mild and the summers in the moderately hot range, so residents can enjoy the natural attractions year round.

 

Families and even single individuals and couples are attracted to Roseville. There are seven different universities in the city alone, along with various public and private schools for children. The typical city activities can be found as well, things such as a water park, large mall, and golf courses. Families will find this especially important, but there are many big name companies in the area that include Hewlett-Packard and a new Auto Mall. It’s no wonder there are many new housing developments being built and recently been built in Roseville.

 

These new home communities are all closely priced together, and offer modern homes in exclusive private communities.

 

One of these new developments is Mollys Walk, built by the Black Pine Communities. The homes here start from the low 300, 000 range. It’s a community neighborhood with 84 homes with a variety of decorative styles that will have something for every family. The homes are evenly spaced in a moderate density. Each home is around 1300-1826 sq ft, with 2-4 bedrooms depending on the home, and 2.5 bathrooms. Nearby is Blue Oaks Park the Woodcreek Golf Club.

 

For higher priced new homes, there is the Oakbriar and The Vineyard communities.

 

The Oakbriar development was built by Signature Homes CA. It’s a close community with the homes priced in the high 300,000 price range. The single family homes are in the 1600-1900 sq ft range, the homes differ in having 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3 bathrooms in the homes. It’s a gated community nearby numerous places to eat out, shop, and find entertainment out in the town. Also close are golf courses and nature paths. Inside the community itself, there are exclusive amenities for residents. Residential golf courses, playgrounds, and outdoor areas to name a few.

 

The Vineyard community is a private gated community built by JMC Homes in the 300,000 price ranges. These are also single family homes that run in the 1300-2300 sq ft range, ranging from 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms in each home. Each home is built with a green-mindset, keeping the community environmentally friendly. A craftsman style is used for the homes and a Tuscan theme is used for the overall community. There are even olive trees along the entrance way!

 

Roseville is a great city to find a home in whether you are a full sized family or just looking for a new and exciting place to live and enjoy. With the wealth of things to do, it’s no wonder more and more new real estate is popping up here.
