Referrals are what keep me in business. Especially during the years of 2009-2013 when things were tough ... it was my happy clients that told their family and friends and in turn kept me busy! I believe in Referrals!

I just read something today via my friend that made CRM a little clearer to me, which is not a bad thing.

Good reminders. The social proof concept is interesting. I heard it presented this way: it's the interview you didn't know you had. Most people today will google everything about RE, including the agents. If you get pat their research phase, then you've passed your first round interview.

I love referrals. Their is nothing bettter than someone telling someone else about the job you do. It takes a lot of the guess work out of it. They already know that you do a good job!
