Since last month's real estate market report a few new listings have come on the market. Let's take a look at what is available at this time.
There are 12 active listings and 6 on the market pending a sale. Three of the listings are new on the market since last month's report. - Three of the active listings fall into the townhome/condo category. A two bedroom home can be a great condo/townhome alternative.
- Prices start at $45,000 and go up to $299,999. The average list price is $136,870 and the median list price is $123,000.
- House sizes start at 681 square feet and go up to 1717 feet.
- Three of the active listings have an out of town location on at least an acre.

Delta is a small community on the Western Slope. It's the county seat, and largest community in the county. For a small town it has some great amenities to offer. It's also centrally located to so many wonderful things to do in this area.
The Grand Mesa is what you see on the Delta skyline. The county's slogan is...Canyons, Rivers, Mountains. Delta has all of those features, and it's a beautiful place to call home. The fall picture was taken at Confluence Park in the fall. This park is one of the nice amenities the town has to offer.
