This is one of those neighborhoods that people love to call home. Home sales in this neighborhood are typically low, because it is such a great neighborhood. There's only been a slight change in the real estate information since last month's market report on Cedaredge Estates.
One new listing has come on the market since last month's real estate market report. It's priced at $194,500. There's also another home on the market. It's a small three bedroom priced well at $127,500.- Three homes have sold in this neighborhood since the first of the year. If there were more homes on the market, more homes would have sold. The average selling price is $153,166 and the median selling price is $153,500.
- In 2015 one home sold. It was a smaller two bedroom home that sold for $124,898.
If you are thinking of selling your home, than now is a good time to do that. Market activity has been very strong as we head into the fall season. Inventory is low all over Cedaredge, but there are still plenty of buyers looking to buy a home.
