One of my co-workers Sal Uccello in our IT Department will be one of the main stars in See Alice Run At The Little Theatre Of Manchester Evenings@7 On October 11th. The Little Theatre Of Manchester Evenings@7 is located on 177 Hartford Road in Manchester, CT and the performance will take place in the Silk Room at Cheney Hall.
See Alice Run is a colorful funny play about two very different brothers, Randy who is gay and Sherman who is the complete opposite. Randy comes to the realizations that he and Sherman are the last two males in their family line, and one of them must have a child if the family name is to continue. However, Randy is unable to produce children, so he talks Sherman into fathering a child. But Sherman also has issues and needs medical assistance in order to produce a child.
Randy and Sherman also have one very important obstacle to overcome, child bearing requires a female, and neither have one in their lives. Luckily for them Alice Perkins wants a baby and is a willing volunteer. Between this three and their funny crazy arrangement, along with Randy and Sherman's Kooky Aunt, you have the makings of a hilarious and chaotic play.
