Condominiums and townhomes for sale can be difficult to find in the Cedaredge area. That's certainly true right now. Throughout the summer there were several on the market, but at this there aren't any available.
Not many condos and townhomes were built in this area. The highest concentration of them is on golf course.
Here's an overview of the properties that did sell so far this year:
Five townhomes have sold. Prices started off at $73,500 and went up to $205,000.
Three of these sales were townhomes on the golf course. The average selling price for these three homes is $185,333.

If you are looking for a condo or townhome in this area, we do have some alternatives that should be given consideration. There are many small bungalows in and around Cedaredge. These smaller two and three bedroom homes might just be a nice choice for the right buyer.
