Ke Kilohana is officially underway
The Howard Hughes Corp. Ke Kilohana project has officially broken ground as announced by the Pacific Business News this past week. The 43 story condominium project will be located at the corner of Halekauwila Street and Ward Avenue at the former location of the Kanpai Bar & Grill and California Rock-N-Sushi.
Ke Kilohana will offer 424-residential condominium units in this mixed-use high-rise condominium project that’s part of Howard Hughes 60-acre master-planned community known as Ward Village in the Honolulu neighborhood of Kaka‘ako. A 23,000-square-foot Longs Drugs will be the anchor tenant on the street level with a planned rail transit station directly across Ward Ave.
Designed by the architect firm AC Martin and CDS International, 375 reserved housing units have already sold out with 49 market priced units available. The project will offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units and an impressive array of amenities featuring a sky deck with BBQ’s, multiple indoor/outdoor lounges, a theater, music studio, fitness center, bike and surfboard storage, dog stop, flex-work space, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, storage lockers, and karaoke room.
