As a result of inquiries from various clients and friends, we have taken the necessary steps to become consultants for the “immigrant investor” program, commonly known as the EB 5 Program. (EB stands for Employment Benefit). This program is one that enables foreign citizens that make a significant investment in the American economy to qualify for a US permanent resident Green Card, both for themselves and their families.
We have partnered with a nationally recognized law firm to assist our clients and friends that may have an interest in this program. Not only can an investment be made in gas stations, but most forms of both commercial and multi-family properties qualify for either the Regional Center program or the Direct Investor program…thus this memo to you.
