Nina, those are all excellent plumbing tips. Many times knowing where the shutoff is at the street is not that easy.

Nina our plumbing is some we take for granted and normally ignore.  But if we don't pay attention to it, expensive very inconvenient problems will arise.

Nina, plumbing problems are maddening. We had a toilet issue earlier this year and I still have to repair the dry wall.
