The Westchester, CA. 90045 Real Estate Market is on fire. If you look at the September 2016 statistics you will agree with me:
Let us look at the inventory, often we as Realtors are concerned that if there is too much inventory that will soften the sales market. Well in the Westchester, CA 90045 Single Family inventory you can see a dramatic increase in inventory. Now with that said, let us look at what cause and effect it had on the Median Sales Prices:
Amazingly as you can see the Median Sales Price continued to climb in the 90045 zip code. A large part I attribute this to the Dotcom boom of Google and Yahoo being in the back yard i.e.: Silicon Beach and being adjacent to that the 90045 zip code is reaping the benefits. Now the tell tale is how the number of sales fared under these circumstances:
