All year, even up to last month, we have been seeing fast sales in the West Loop Gate. It has been keeping the month's supply of inventory low and proving Zillow's prediction of this being the hottest neighborhood in the city. With an average market time of 97 days among the three recent sales, it looks like the market could start to cool, but the average market time of those under contract is only 42 days and of the homes that are available it is only 31 days so far. Time will tell, but if homes are still going under contract in just over a month this neighborhood will likely remain quite hot. The median sales price last month was $292,500.
