Watch out for a phishing scam that's going around. Shows a LinearTitle.com email address mcmclosings@lineartitle.com and contains an attachment saying "Secure PDF" or similar. In the comments they show an Alti Source contact. I called Linear and they said that this happened last week with another contact showing. Mine was Amanda Williams.
It looks very legit although there was some issues which raised my eyebrows. Be careful folks, these scammers are getting good. It must be someone from the business that went criminal or something. Fairly elaborate to include Alti Source and a Title Company.
Figured I would share as i'm sure I won't be the only one who sees it! It's all bogus so be careful Rainers!
