Just got a similar email. Didn't seem right, so I looked closer...email address was tinawhetzel@altisourcetltle.com...notice spelling of "title" with an "l" instead of an "i". Very easy to assume it's related to a closing and just open it. I'm forwarding to my local board of Realtors to try and get the word out.
