The fall real estate market in the Eckert, Cedaredge and Delta area remains strong. Buyer activity is up while inventory is still down. Pheasant Run Subdivision in Eckert is seeing a small flurry of activity as we move further into the fall season.
There hasn't been a lot of activity in this neighborhood over the last few years, and that's due to the fact that there haven't been many homes come on the market.
Pheasant Run is a very stable neighborhood and it's popular with buyers. The Eckert location makes for an easy commute to Delta or Cedaredge.
There have been a few changes since last month's real estate market report.
- One new home has come on the market. There are two active listings and two that are pending a sale.
- Prices start at $179,900 and go up to $234,000.
- The average list price is $211,200 and the median list price is $215,000.
- So far no Pheasant Run homes have sold this year.
