Too high for so many and it will force many out of the area, just as we saw in the Naples, Florida area where employers paying minimum wages have been forced to bus employees from Ft. Lauderdale daily to work in the Naples Area.

Hi Sandy and Norm --- that's some interesting informaton regarding home ownership percentages in Carlsbad --- it's nice to see such high percentages. Given the cost of living and the beach lifestyle, I would have thought it to be lower.
