~ Facebook Marketing Tips ~
I read a LOT of online content about how to do this or that on FB to improve our biz and I have to admit some of it is really tripe! It is no wonder so many get frustrated or completely turned off by the site. If we do something and do not get the results we want, the majority of us are apt to give up and move on. It is the nature of our marketing.
Fortunately, yesterday I read a FB primer here in the Rain by Pamela Cendejas that spells out some of the basic things we should be doing to make the most of our FB experience. You can read her article here.
One of her points that I have seen some good results from is the use of albums. While they can be used for many purposes to generate consumer interest I have found they are a wonderful way to generate a lot of activity on new listings...consumers like photos so why not load up an album and give them exactly what they want. Try it!
I know Facebook has been doing some recent tweaking so if you have experienced some funky stuff on the site this week, that is possibly the reason. Testing live can get pretty interesting...at users' expense.
