Pricing Specials Now thru December 1
Lately we've been saving people a nice chunk of change here at Mason McDuffie with a pricing incentive that's been in place for a little over a month - for hi-balance FHA & VA loans, we've been offering a .75 pricing bonus to borrowers that lock their loan with us. The average loan amount we've seen on this product has been about $500,000, so that .75 has equated to nearly $4,000 saved for clients that have taken advantage.
And now?
We're announcing MORE products subject to pricing incentives.
For all Jumbo loans locked now thru December 1 we'll tack on a .5 credit to borrowers (that .5 is usually enough to shave off .125-.25 on interest rate, OR be applied as a credit to cover most, if not all, closing costs)
Also, since hi-balance loans were having all the fun, we've decided on a Veterans day promotion allowing us to offer the same .75 credit we've been offering up on hi-balance FHA and VA loans on ALL of our FHA & VA loans locked now thru December 1.
That .75 for FHA & VA loans and .5 for Jumbo loans makes it a great time to give us a shot if you haven't worked with Mason McDuffie (or myself) in the past. We already have really great pricing (especially on FHA loans), so this incentive is a huge bonus.
Recently we've saved one client nearly $4,000 on a purchase VS our competition, and I've seen similar savings for folks across the board.
