Service First...Attitude Reflects Leadership...

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Real Estate RS282607

As I look back over the oh my has it been that long...I have seen the steady growth within myself. As a parent we sometimes see the continual increase of our children becoming young men and women, try to guide them, and hopefully release them into the crazy world we live in.I stress the part of parenting, because I know for myself, we place such a huge emphasis on our own children, yet, forget about ourselves and others.

For several years now I have been involved with the Boy Scouts of America in the Fox Chase / Burholme section of Philadelphia, and something I have taken notice of recently; in the process of mentoring my own boys, and the other boys in our community, I have been building on my own character. I stepped in to help train other leaders in the community as the District Boyscout Round-table Commissioner not realizing how influential I have become, because "Attitude Reflects Leadership," and being "Service First."

customer service building a business with service firstLet me pose this question to you...why did you get involved in the real estate business? My answer is very self centered of course, and as I started to grow, my business has become "Service First." Yes, I blame the scout program for doing this to me, as my extended family has grown exponentially, and my circle of advisers truly believe in the Scout Oath and Scout Law, and I own that as well.

Success is not how much one earns, or the toys they have, or the homes they live in, SUCCESS is how many lives one has touched in a positive way. If we strive to build a business with our own egos, all we build is an individual with a head too large that will not pass through the hole in the shirt. Now...if we build our business with a "Service First" mentality, we build lives, we build communities, we build upon each other...

A "Service First" attitude truly does reflect leadership...

"Marketing Your Home for All It Is Worth"

Real estate is a people business and you deserve to be treated with the utmost respect, as well as having an agent that will "Do the right thing ALL the time, EVERYTIME."

I believe in challenging the status quo by being different, being original, leading the way, and understanding that attitude reflects leadership.

As a mentor to many youth in our area, I build my business to help them in their path and journey to being leaders in their own right. Please join me in helping to provide for them their path to success.

Peter, I cannot find fault with your premise that "service first" is the way to go to have a happy, healthy life and a successful business.
