Bill- be careful or we'll be sending you our addresses with lawns replete with weeds.

I am trying to think if I have such a compulsion...weeds? No. But I do stop and pick up every penny I see on the ground...close I guess!
I had to laugh at your post, Bill, as there is a bit of this in me as well. Problem here in SoCal is weeding is a year-round activity because of our weather. There is just no down-time. I've even been known to pull a few weeds at my listings!

Bill, hysterical and so smart at the same time! I love the idea that this is a GOOD compulsive behavior (I didn't know any of those existed).
I loved this post--you're a terrific writer.
I cannot walk past a weed in a sellers yard without stopping to pluck it. Call it my contribution to improving the landscape one home at a time!
Reminds me of my compulsion....not weeds but split ends.
That's right split ends on my hair.
I could sit for hours cutting them off. I've been known to cover my sweater with little hairs as I snip snip away.
I find it very relaxing.
Talk about true confessions. LOL
Sharon Tara I truly did not know that about you. Split ends, huh!

Bill-As a avid gardener I loved this posts. I have a half acre yard and so I have had to pull my fair share of weeds. This made me smile
Now if we compare these weeds with the bad habits.... it's a good compulsion, Bill Primavera .
I was going to suggest professional help or perhaps an intervention but I then found the method to your madness. (The weed intervention hobby)
I hope your week has been awesome so far Bill Primavera
