We all know that prices are declining, but are prices really declining or just going back to the real price where they always should be from the begining of this mess in real estate. For instance here in MT, prices are declining, but you know something for me in particular, prices are just getting right...that's it, as simple as that. I believe that before all these big mess everyone took advantage and overpriced their houses and now they are paying the price, this is karma.... BUT is still a buyer's amrket with out buyers.....:)
A buyers' market, where the prices are declining, is the worst possible market in which to be a commissioned sales person. Price deflation is bad for everyone. Buyers are reluctant to purchase because they fear that prices will decrease further. Sellers are unable to sell, which results in more foreclosures. Lenders end up taking back more property, and brokers end up doing fewer transactions.
Just a point...work hard as always and be happy! One day all will be alright!
