The Real Estate Expressions, Slang, Abbreviations Lose Folks.

Empathy, sensitivity to the buyer and seller involved in a real estate transaction.

It's always being in the shoes of the purchaser, the owner of  a property listing. When the new agent is getting his feet wet, he explains the process that is new to him too. That he is learning right along with the buyer or seller.real estate local eye candy photo

After a few years under their belt, the expressions, the terms to explain this and that abbreviations, the more time put into several deals can take away some of the personal attention needed to communicate what is going on.

To keep everyone in the real estate deal up to speed.

To up to the minute convey what is dong on.

To know what to expect, what could happen. What did happen and why. And the now what do we do options and why.

Involvement is daily and just sending out an email or hoping the trust built during the real estate listing process or first house showing wears off.

The confidence can fade if new information is not shared with the major players in the real estate buy, trying to keep up in real estate deal photosell, trade hokey poky. Hey.

That is what it is all about at the end of the day which in real estate is pretty long.

Well after sunset if trying to keep a bogged down deal a live and kicking.

To keep all the ducks in line. Not lose a straggler that needs to be on board.

To get to the finish line at a lawyer's office with the high back cushy swivel chairs and the long conference room table. Or in a bank, credit union, your real estate office if the loan office is a member of the growing sector of gypsy service provider. Had anyone visit your real estate office agents, brokers, REALTORS carrying fresh baked pies, cookies, squares and whoopee pies? They hit your stomach first with the culinary sucker punch. It is effective on real estate property peddlers who skip means to do the deals.

New wonderful real estate technology helps streamline the list, twist and sell.

How the real estate transfer from A to B process is done changes daily to add to the please just stay focused. Try to keep up everybody. Along with pumping up the volume of listings, cranking out more sales because of the overhead. Like any industry, the profit is in the expenses during lean years.

Good morning Andrew Mooers ,

What a great post! I pride myself on keeping everyone in the loop and keeping those ducks lined up in a row. Communication is crucial in any transaction if everyone is going to get to the closing table feeling they have been protected and well versed in the process.

Hi Andy, it is really so hard for buyers & sellers to get the lingo...spending the time in interpretation is what a great listing & buyers agent does.

This is an outstanding post with depth and lots to think about. Agents get so busy looking for leads they often leave ducks who are interested, some with their heads barely above the water in debt drifting somewhere else.
