Riverfront Home Now Pending with ViewHomes of Clark County

We are so grateful for technology and the ability to provide real estate services while traveling. On a recent week-long trip to Estes Park in Colorado, we were able to negotiate an accepted offer on a fabulous waterfront home on the Washougal River. Our buyers contacted us in the Spring to view one of our listings, unfortunately that home sold before they could get their ducks in a row. And, while that home was fabulous, we all think this property will be an even better fit.

Not all river front properties in Clark County come with fishing rights. This one does! It was an important consideration for this couple as the husband is an avid fisherman. Imagine owning 800 feet of waterfront along a pristine river? They are so excited. Today is inspection day, and we are confident things are going to go well. The sellers took care to repair, replace, and upgrade items in preparing the home for sale, based on a pre-sale inspection.
