If you've been wondering what the housing market looks like in Okaloosa and Santa Rosa counties in Northwest Florida, or what areas/cities are covered this chart may be of assistance.

This is a representation of all the properties that have sold over the last 30 days. It also include numbers for the difference from the listing price to the actual sales price. When you see a difference of $15,000 that is an indication that the listing may have been overpriced to start with, or that it was just more than what the market would bear at that price.

Value is determined by what a seller is willing to sell for AND what a Buyer is willing to pay.
