This blog is a great example of why ActiveRain can be so valuable. Coming across new tools that can help your business and help you grow is a must. With the new virtual office (or no office for some) broker and office meetings and the tips and shared information needs to come from somewhere. Thank you, Kevin McKenzie!
In Real Estate as in life, sometimes the best things are free. Particularly if you are looking into trying a new software suite, small-scale free accounts are a great way to start. I thought that you all might not have heard of some of these great tools with free versions, so I thought I would share!
Hubspot Sales (AKA Sidekick)
What’s free? Email tracking. See who has opened and clicked on links in your emails.
Why we love it – It turns you into a psychic sales superstar. Has your prospective customer opened that email you sent them? This tool will tell you. Have they clicked on it 5 times today like they’re obsessing over it, and would just love a phone call from you? This tool will tell you that, too.HootSuite
What’s free? Bulk social posts. Write one blog post, and then syndicate it to Facebook, Twitter, or others with one click.
Why we love it - You need to be maintaining social profiles. Facebook, Google+, and right here at ActiveRain, at least. HootSuite makes the process easier, saving you time from logging in and out of your 5 or 10 accounts. Give Hootsuite to your chosen social media master, and watch them do more with less!Mailchimp
What’s free? Bulk email sending. Up to 10,000 emails a month to up to 2,000 subscribers.
Why we love it – Email marketing is a great way to reach out at scale. Whether you're asking your customers for reviews online or getting in touch with a large group from an open house, email marketing is fast and scaleable method of communication.
Google Analytics
What’s free? Best-in-class web analytics. Keeps track of everything on your website, from visitors to customers getting in touch.
Why we love it - This is probably the most important software for your whole business. You don’t want analytics, you 100% need analytics. For instance, we added dozens of new sales a month into our partner Tundraland, just by tweaking the site design. If you have a decent amount of web traffic, hiring an expert to use analytics for you would probably pay for itself.
Want a quick improvement to test using Analytics? Shorten your quote form and make it easier to fill out. I bet you see a 10% improvement to your conversion rate, which can translate into huge sales gains.
So there you go! Four software tools to make your business life easier and more efficient. Am I missing any free software tools that you like? Share them below so everyone knows!
