Government Fraud
What do you call a program that takes our tax money for something like 9 1 1 calls for our security and safety and use it for something else? I call it FRAUD.
I just read an article in my local paper about fees to update 911 system being diverted.
In short, almost HALF of the monthly fee of $1.20 for every phone goes to other than the 911 system.
We must hold our elected officials accountable, and I for one will be doing so today.

This is always the problem, they tell us we need more money for this or that and then talk half or even all of it and divert it for something else. New York is not the only one and the 911 system is not unique this game of bait and switch.
