This information is for five bedroom and larger homes for sale in and outside of the town of Delta. It will include all of those homes with at least five bedrooms that are listed in the local MLS. 

These homes tend to be larger or have a basement to accommodate the extra bedrooms. Five bedroom homes come in a variety of sizes and styles. Here's the information on the current listings:

• At this time there are five homes on the market. Two of them are pending a sale. One of these is bank owned. One of the active listings is actually two homes on one property. 
• The prices start at $132,000 and go up to $533,500. The average list price is $354,390.
• All of the listings are out of town on at least one acre. Two of the active listings are on lots over five acres. 
• The house sizes vary quite a bit. The smallest home (it's under contract) is just under 1,700 square feet. The largest home is over 4,000 square feet.
