The big news in our foreclosure/bank owned/REO segment of the market, is that inventory is way down. We aren't seeing that many of these homes come on the market. That's great news and means the market is recovering.

There are two foreclosure homes on the market. One has been on the market for several months, and after many price reductions has finally gotten the attention of the buyers. It's under contract pending a sale. The other home is an older trailer in Eckert. It's priced at $74,900. It's still available. This is a good opportunity for a cash buyer. - No new listings have come on the market since last month's report.
