Tarrytown NY single family home sales in September were 5, unchanged from the same month last year. This is the lowest unit sales have been since 4 in April 2016. Sales/list price ratio in September moved up to 102.8% from 100.1% in August.


The median price in September was $795,000. This is up 17.8% from $675,000 in September of 2015. This is the highest median price has been since February 2016. 3-month median price of $620,000 in September was down a little from $642,000 in August and down just slightly from $624,250 in September of 2015. Price per square foot in September was $371. This is down from $403 in August but up from $341 in September of 2015.


Inventory of 24 in September was up 26.3% from 19 in August and up 41.2% from 17 in September of 2015. New listings of 10 in September were way up from 5 in August and up considerably from 8 in September of 2015. Months of supply of 4.6 in September was up moderately from 3.6 in August and way up from 3 in September of 2015. This is the highest months of supply has been since May 2015.

Market Time

Days on market of 41 in September was down considerably from 109 in August and down moderately from 61 in September of 2015.
