Sales have been very strong throughout 2016 - there have been 147 sales, ranging in price from a low of $202,000 to a high of $975,000, with a median price of $420,000 and an average price of $447,905. Market performance was very good, with an average days to offer of 20 days and an average days on market of 50 days. These 147 homes sold for an average of 99.7% of list price, an indication of high buyer demand and a strong seller's market.
