Westchase Fort Collins CO Homes for Sale

 

Low inventory has had a slowing effect on real estate activity in the Westchase neighborhood - there have been 19 sales so far this year, ranging in price from a low of $365,000 to a high of $840,000, with a median price of $436,000 and an average price of $484,989. Market performance was good - the average days to offer was 32 days and average days on the market was 68. The sale price/list price ratio for these 10 homes was 98.9%, showing high buyer demand.

Wow, selling at almost 99% of list on average is a good stat for Fort Collins. Plus, despite the $200K range between these homes, the enormous square footage of those upper-end homes seems out of whack by, say, California standards, LOL, yet still affordable.
