Real estate inventory in September 2016 in Northeast Seattle slipped 2.3% from the previous month. While the close sales increased 13%, pending sales are down in the area that incorporates Victory Heights, Olympic Hills, Pinehurst and Cedar Park.
The real story continues to be the shortage of listings and more active buyers wanting to live closer to employment centers and community transportation.
