Bartram Park Community Festival - The Bartram Park Car Show and Community Festival is coming November 5th to the Bartram Office Condos at 13241 Bartram Park Blvd. There will be music, food, vendors, games and MORE. It will get started at 1:00 and run until 6:00 PM. This event will be a Toy Drive hosted by Railing Chiropractic & Acupuncture. New businesses - A Residence Inn & Suites is coming to Bartram Commons (next door to the Hampton Inn). In addition, the construction of Tires Plus is well under way, and it is expected to open up in January for business. And of course, we are all still excited about the announcement of the 25 Mil. sports complex about to be constructed near Bartram Park Blvd & Racetrack Rd.
