Write Market Reports Make Your Phone Ring
I really like this blog by Hannah Williams. I like the way she targets the areas she is working with consistent posts. Take a read and take notes!
Many agents in my office want to do floor time . Yes it is called opportunity time . I however would rather write market reports . Those local reports about communities in the area . What sold what is listed . Go out and take pictures of the area . Tell people about the local places to eat and have fun . What activities are planned in the area Many agents that I have learned from also do charts .Lately I have tried to find floor plans of some of the models if at all possible . If I can I also do a video that I will also put one into the post .
Why do I do this you may wonder . Well it is better then opportunity time for me . It actually makes my phone ring . People want to know more . They would like to see this area for themselves . They like what they are reading about . Now want to see if it is a place they would like to live . It never ceases to amaze me that people actually tell me they have been reading my blog for quite some time . My readers want to confirm their expectations and take a look at the development .
You can follow agents like Gabe Sanders who writes many market reports . Another one of my favorites is Michael Jacobs who writes beautiful market reports . Another who writes about areas in another style are Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Call 631-805-4400 (c) each of these agents have a unique style . There are many more agents to numerous to list .Please check them out and start writing about an area where you live start with a small section or neighborhood .Most important be consistant .
This does not happen overnight . It took many long hours of writing market reports on the same areas for many months and years . You can ask many other Active Rainer's who have written market reports on a consistent basis . They will tell you the same thing . It makes their phone ring .
