Don't Miss Movie 'Deepwater Horizon'

With rain continuing to pour down, this afternoon, in North Idaho, it seemed the perfect day to catch an unplanned movie. Bonners Mall Cinemas, in Ponderay - Sandpoint Idaho, still have 'Deepwater Horizon' playing. Made it there perfectly to sit in the new seats just as previews started.  Of course it does not hurt for the counter girls to know me well enough to have my drink and popcorn ready before I have even paid for my ticket.

Expecting an action movie I was taken back by the intensity of this suspensefull movie.  5 or 10 minutes into the movie I was glued to the seat and muscles tense long after the movie was over.  A major disaster with survival unlikely at best.  Mark Walhberg along with, surprise here, Kurt Russel.  A few other biggees thrown in as well.  

I highly recommend this movie.  Good acting.  Well done effects.  Riveting. Again showing what big business and big dollars does towards poor judgement and decisions.  Or more easily described... GREED.

Patricia Feager I will often go in and get a bag of popcorn to go for our office rep in the office.  She loves movie popcorn.  So I stand out a bit to the movie girls because not many go in for popcorn and no movie.  And I must say Patricia that the office girl, Yvette, is so much more than any title can state and I always feel bad trying.  Let's just say she is a fellow worket that has become a dear friend and is respected and appreciated by all in our Sandpoint Office.  We all would be at loss with out her.  I digressed from movie but always feel bad trying to put office label on Yvette.  Mark

Jane Chaulklin-Schott thank you.  My reviews are only as good if they give a true portrayal of the movie.  So with some feedback from you after maybe seeing this and the other 2nd Tom Cruise I suggested in another comment we will then see how you feel of my 'movie critic' abilities.    I will interested to know either way.   Mark
