KW is encouraging their agents to spend each day from 9am to 10am doing lead generation - called the Power Hour. Do other real estate companies or individuals follow this simple technique? It could include calling expireds and withdrawns, calling your sphere of influence, etc.
I am curious about what other KW agents, as well as agents from other brokerages do for their Power Hour, if they practice this technique!
Personally I do call on expireds from time to time, but I also practice techniques like blogging on ActiveRain, posting ads on Craigslist and other marketing techniques to provide leads for myself! You get out of lead generation what you put in so its important to schedule time everyday to generate leads!
