Let ME tell YOU.......my house is worth so much more than everyone else thinks it is.
I have washed the floors and shampooooed the carpets every day since I've lived here.
I break all the windows and replace them every three months....saves money on window washing.
I spend at least an hour a day on the prowl with a fly swatter making sure my home is varmint and critter free.
The view of the golf course is the best ever. In fact, truth be told, it's the golf balls that break the windows - not me!
I've had my home inspected 6 ways since Sunday, and I challenge anyone to find any fault or blemish with it - it's immaculate! Or was that the conception?
Due to all this I will refuse prospective Buyers the right to any inspection period whatsoever, as there is nothing wrong with the property.
It is my goal to set a new world record with the sale price of my home - in fact - I will only take Green Cash - no need for any of those pesky appraisers to be sticking their noses in my business!
Now - if you'll excuse me - I forgot I had a previous appointment at the local clubhouse to hear the author read excerpts from "Dementia for Dummies" - although I can't for the life of me remember what it's about......
May I respectfully suggest that you:
a) Agree to Price it at Market Value
or
b) Let me refer you to another agent?
