WHAT DO YOU DO? YOU DO NOT SEEM TO BE THE NORMAL REAL ESTATE AGENT
I work with many people who want to invest in real estate from my radio show and ActiveRain blog. I like to sit down with my clients one on one so I get to see a face with a name and they get to know me. Why? I do it because I believe that sales is personal and I like to get to know my clients on a personal basis. I am dealing with their money and money is personal. One of the questions I get asked a lot is the following:

That is a great question Mr. Client. I do not think that I have ever been normal. My wife can contest to this statement. Seriously, I am more than just a real estate agent. I go above and beyond the call of duty to find the best real estate deals for my clients. I would have to say that 95% of all real estate agents just use the Multiple Listing Service(MLS) to find their deals. However, there is a whole other world when it comes to real estate investments and where to find them. Shhh! I cannot reveal my secrets until you become my client.
I truly believe in a two way street when I am working with my clients. We both have Networks when it comes to knowing people. We can accomplish great things when combining two Networks to make it one. That becomes very powerful for both sides. I have obtained more clients by using this strategy. If one person is successful in real estate, then they will ask who assisted you in real estate. Referrals is an added bonus to my success.
Finally, REAL ESTATE IS A TEAM SPORT.
There is enough wealth for all who want to practice and invest in real estate.
