Artist and illustrator Bart DeCeiglie will demonstrate a painting at the Village Art Club's meeting on October 27, 2016 in the downstairs meeting room of the Rockville Centre Public Library at 6:30 p.m.
Mr. DeCeiglie has taught at FIT, Pratt Institute, the National Art League and Cumberland Center.
