Besides arranging a bedroom atmosphere that offers tranquility, you also create calmness within. If you are a tea drinker, consider adding a cup of Chamomile Tea to you're evening routine.
Chamomile is the superstar of nighttime teas. There’s not a great deal of evidence that it has any real sedative effects, yet millions of people continue to drink it before going to bed. Including myself and I have found it to be helpful, especially after a very busy day.
