Top Producer contest: How do you identify opportunities from within your sphere?

 

Active Rain’s members are some of the savviest and most dialed in real estate professionals in the country, and hundreds of technologists, product developers and marketing professionals from across the industry visit Active Rain each day to get ideas on how to better serve their agent and broker clients.

In our latest challenge, we’ve teamed up with Top Producer® to see how leading agents leverage their sphere contacts (and CRMs) to best identify the people who are ready to buy or sell.

 

Tell us: What is your BEST tactic for determining if a member of your sphere (or a CRM contact) is getting ready to transact?

For example, do you:

  • Reach out after a former client has owned their home for 7 years (the average time-in-home in your market)?

  • Make calls daily to five contacts, to ensure you hit every contact every six months?

  • Hand mail birthday or anniversary cards to people you haven’t spoken to in a while?

  • Invite past clients to play golf or out to coffee, so you can chat with them one-on-one?

The fine print: How to enter

In order to make a submission, write a blog post about your best tactic for identifying potential buyer or seller clients from within your sphere or CRM. Once you’ve published your entry, return to this page and add a link to your post in the comments section of this post. If you already have a post you’ve written that fits the criteria, feel free to post that URL! We don’t want you to reinvent the wheel, we’re just interested in the best ideas from the best agents!

Please note: If you enter this contest, you are giving your permission for Top Producer and its parent company, Move, Inc., to republish your name and submission in their upcoming eBook, webinar and other marketing and content initiatives.
