On Perspective
**Reblog**
Your perspective shapes how you interpret your day. Two people can agree, or disagree. It doesn't mean one is right or wrong, it could just be a matter of perspective.

I’m taking a step back
and thinking.
To gain perspective.
To look within myself.
What is truly important.
And meaningful.
Perspective is defined as:
The state of one’s ideas, the facts known to one, etc., in having a meaningful interrelationship.
Or maybe this:
The faculty of seeing all the relevant data in a meaningful relationship
Hmm -- okay, that helps but let’s look at others’ thoughts not just on the word but the concept and beyond the dictionary.com defintion.
Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact.
Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth
Marcus Aurelius

You can either be positive or negative; an optimist or a pessimist.
I choose to be an optimist. It's all a matter of perspective.
Harvey Mackay
It's stunning to me what kind of an impact even one person can have if
they have the right passion, perspective
and able to align the interest of a great team.
Steve Case
If you nurture your mind, body, and spirit, your time will expand. You will gain a new perspective that will allow you to accomplish much more.

I just want people to take a step back, take a deep breath
and actually look at something with a different perspective.
But most people will never do that.
Brian McKnight
These are just some thoughts on the subject of perspective on a weekend in October. Nothing more. And just enough.
