One of the absolute best things about this community is the willingness to share and to help others.
Over time you get to know people and we share the best and worst of times, both business and personal.
We learn from each other, sharing ideas that we'd probably never think of letting a local competitor hear.
We're exposed to techniques from across the country that we can adapt to our local market.
You can draw on this community in times both routine and extreme.
I've tapped friends from coast to coast including a very trying situation fall 2015 (you know who you are!) when I needed expertise that I didn't have to help my family. The help was freely offered, and that kind of help is not something I'd expect anywhere else but from friends I've made in the Rain.
And the favors go both ways. It's a pay it forward community. I know what I know because others have taught me or I've figured things out.
I've helped Rainers between showing appointments, sitting in my driveway, standing outside while waiting for a closing to start, from early morning to late in the evening, it's part of what I enjoy doing to help this community thrive.
Helping isn't an Ambassador thing, but a Rainer thing. We all help, with or without the badge designation.
Got a question? Need help? Just ask. Someone will do their best to give you what you seek!
Until next Tuesday, just Ask An Ambassador if you need help!
